Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN)

All prospective students will complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment prior to enrolment to ensure appropriate support can be provided.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Credit Transfer

We offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer options to all students. If you have existing skills and knowledge from previous study or work experience, contact us to discuss your options.

Fees & Refunds

Course fees are listed on individual course pages. We offer flexible payment options and government funding may be available for eligible students.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be available for withdrawal before course commencement or within the first week of training. Contact us for our full Fees and Refund Policy.

Complaints & Appeals

We are committed to resolving any concerns. Our complaints process:

  1. Discuss the issue with your trainer or administration team
  2. Submit a formal written complaint if unresolved
  3. We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days
  4. Resolution within 20 business days
